回來了, 開始習慣了那邊的生活節奏和乾燥的天氣, 卻也是離開的時候! 在機上連連續續地暈睡了十幾個小時, 印象中看過《獨家試愛》中Stephy與小方分手的那一幅, 鄭裕玲在志雲飯局裡談她的感情生活, 音樂台裡陳潔儀憂憂的《擔心》,陳奕迅要用心去聽的《落花流水》, 韓劇裡那令人動容的愛情故事《假如愛有天意》, 還有還有… 半夢裡反了個身, 卻被身旁呎尺「熟睡的超級大笨象」嚇了一跳, 上機時他明明坐在排端末位的,什麼時候睡到我身邊來呢?哎呀呀＠．＠～LasVegas之行乃因公事！別於以前的學術研究會議，這次以業界應用發佈為主，能與各地同業交流溝通是此行最大的得著，原來自己一直堅持的並不如想像般那麼孤單！接觸frontier的technology和knowledge，驚訝科技的迅速發展同時愈覺自己的渺小！有趣的事很多；如某bank VP公然在他的presentation做recruitment；與某君搭訕良久才發現大家是同屬一公司袛是不同地方？！每日都會見到的德國靚仔，原來是Computer graduate & PhD in Statistics, 某日打招呼時他竟話我個樣看似好累！累？哎呀 －＿－“
Los Angeles之行卻是因私！受好烏來的文化影響多年，也想探究其魅/媚力何在？每天踏著星光大道早出晚歸，其星味並不及想像般迷人，印象深刻的反是那星光大道賣旅行箱的老闆，搞笑到竟想以hug換取additional discount offer？在Wax Museum詢問門票價格, 其職員卻主動推介Guinness World of Records & Wax Museum 兩行的門票, 更揚言給我們discount, 優惠原來是child ticket! 想去Santa Monica, 那太平洋的海岸很是迷人, 想必早午晚的景象定是大不同, 看著海浪一浪接一浪地拍岸, 很怡人! DisneyLand的歡愉足以抵銷Universal Studio帶來的失望感, 晚間的精彩parade更為此行劃上句號!
順路也儲了風子L.A.的collection! 謝謝百忙抽空的程霜熱情款待, 工作後不忘帶來我們見識美式文化,那L.A.最盛大的Halloween萬人大遊行的確令人興奮, 回味的還有街頭那bacon hotdog, 想不到的是堂堂男子也來講價?最搞笑的是遲大到的他，卻實牙實齒地在電話裡告訴我13分鐘後在門口等？塞車哦？怎能夠那麼肯定？除非他就在轉角口！在此，祝君生日快樂！認識她已兩年多，她的日誌總教我哭笑不得，看了她那麼多篇的美食推介, 值教風子口水流，想不到此行竟成其客席？冬冬笑起來很甜很甜，很有譚媽媽風姿！她說我吃得少？其實她比我吃得更少！與她有個偷來的開心午聚，也告訴你一個小秘密，你說的磅數也是風子這年來的增長，哎～! 見到她是我此行的bonus！
真不好意思，L.A.的風子竟令你們那麼擔心，謝謝你們的關心！

When I saw your posting pic of the sheep, I know it must have been your best company. One of my friends who also got a habit of bring a duck (forgot the name, i think it's a japanese duck) for every trip she goes. I guess she brings it to her business trip now.
