Does 30 June be a good date to say goodbye? I have two farewell dinners last nite.

She speaks with heart and charm, good in management skills and full of bright ideas in her mind, a young energetic campaigner, funny and nice always. She married and has two high school kids even through she is just in her 43 years. She gets busy in work, meeting as well traveling but still can maintain good habit of home returning at 8 pm and time with family. She is a person work hard, self-demanding but no workaholic. I knew her when I joint my current company and knew her more while the business trip in Beijing last year. We worked separately but she took me care in accommodation even I am just a small potato. Met 7:30 am on time everyday, had breakfast together, office returned, worked separately and dined together sometimes with other colleagues. I knew her in such way and learnt from her as well. She was our GC regional head and left us as well the place she worked for more than a decade. Life can't have much decades actually. As a healthy corporate management, all businesses should run well even some are no long on board. Sure that isn’t a sudden but does it an earthquake? I Don’t know. AP now would directly head the HK office till a right candidate appointed.

According to our internal report on the turnover rate, ours are substantially lower than the figure reported in the market. Does it true? No sure but what I have observed - people come and leave like ZouMaDeng. People have their job rotating and changing because of different reasons. Some come and join us because of interest? brand name? big corporate? better prospect? stability? get themselves in the field engagement, etc. And some leave because of migration? field change? personal reason? frustration? disappointed? family? Interest or no interest? field exchange? better prospect? Money? Either comes and leaves could have lots of excuse/reason behind. To me, no matter what position you hold/stay, please be knowledgeable to your duty, work hard, implement and deliver efficiently. That’s work and life!
