XinJiang Cuisine

昨晚與友人飯聚, 地點銅鑼灣名店坊一帶,該是我少外出, 原來這裡已是另一天地,特色餐廳一間又一間, 我們試了比較冷門的新疆菜 - 帕莎。餐廳裝修甚有特色,牆壁上掛上一幅幅富民族色彩的地氈及掛氈,天花吊下一盞盞中東式吊燈,色彩都是鮮艷的紅綠藍,加上淳樸的木桌木椅,充滿異國情調。牛、羊是新疆人的主食,當中又以羊肉最受歡迎。店內手抓羊肉、烤羊腿、燒羊鞍、羊肉串燒等,當地人必吃的美食餐廳都有供應,味道挺不錯。

下回要試試隔鄰的 EL CID SPANISH RESTAURANT, 那西班牙武士和門口的樂手們是個不錯的賣點!

比,ok哦,我食左兩樣羊菜式,佢整得唔酥哦,吃時袛覺得酥味很淡很淡的..

When I went there with my colleagues some time ago, I tried to guess what kind of meat was that in different dish. The first one I guess was chicken and it was lamb. The second one I guess was pork and it was lamb. Then my colleagues found it so funny and asked me to stop guessing because I rarely eat meat.

我上星期也吃過新疆菜,好味!尤其是有一種甜品,不記得咩名,但是是用玉蜀黍和糖炸成像pizza樣,好好吃!

EL CID 的食物水準一般, 沒有多大的驚喜 ~~~~~~反而新彊菜給我的印象很好, 美味, 有特色, 以前去的是上環那間.......pema
